HOW TO PREPARE YOUR RITUAL BATH

Prepare the bath blend in your cleansing basin according to the enclosed directions. Allow the water and bath blend to come together while you take several slow, intentional breaths.

Standing safely inside your shower or bathtub, pour the prepared water slowly from the crown or shoulders downward, according to your spiritual practice and the product’s final use instructions. Keep the water away from your eyes and mouth.

As you pour, repeat:

“I release the pressure to carry everything. I welcome peace into my body, my thoughts, and my space. I am allowed to pause. I am allowed to rest.”

Allow yourself a few quiet moments before gently drying off.
